Glacier National Park!
We have been sooooo busy for the past couple of weeks and haven't had any time to post. So be prepared for lots of updates. On July 4th-12th, Carlie and I went camping in Montana (Glacier National Park) with our friends the Pillings. We went to help out with all the little kids--even though we didn't have to that much. We went boating in freezing cold water, hiking, rafting, fishing, biking, swimming, had snowball fights, went on some beautiful drives, even saw a bear, and much more. The trip was so fun, it made a week of camping go by way too fast!
Stopping to take some pictures going up Logan's Pass
Two of the many deer we saw on the trip. We were like a foot away from touching the baby!
A gorgeous waterfall
There was a bunch of snow at the top of the mountain
We hiked up to Avalanche Lake
A cute baby mountain goat we saw when we reached the top of Logan's Pass.
Kasiah made this cute sign and had it hanging up when we got home!

Swim Meet
Kasiah recently went to a swim meet last Saturday in Jackpot. She did an awesome job there!! Kasiah got 1st in the freestyle, relay, and breath stroke. Second in the backstroke, and 3rd in the butterfly. She only has two more swim meets left and then she is done. Kasiah is such a great little swimmer and improves her times every meet she goes to. Great job Kasiah!

Yes, I'm getting lazy
So....I went to Boise for a BPA Conference. It was probably one of the most fun things I've ever done, but I'm too lazy to blog it here; because I already have my "adventures" documented on the Idaho BPA website. If you want to read it, the link is below

Our Little Swimmer
Kasiah and Hayden decided that they were going to do swim team this year. They are getting sick of swimming lessons and thought it would be fun for a change. They had try-outs, and Hayden just thought it was a little too hard for him. Kasiah thought it was a blast! She goes to practice Monday-Friday, from 7-9 A.M. Kasiah started out in the beginer level, and she was doing so good that they moved her up to the next level. The level that all of the experienced swimmers are in. Last Saturday, she did an awesome job. She received 5 ribbons. Three of them were 2nd place, and then she got two 5th place ribbons. She is such an amazing swimmer for the little body that she has. All of her hard work and practice sure pays off. Way to go Kasiah! We are all so proud of you!

Girls State
Not much time to post, but I thought I would let everyone know what I'd been up to. I was gone last week to Girls' State. It was really a great experience...we got to learn about how state government is run: pass bills, run for office, etc. I was on the Supreme Court, so I got to wear cool robes, and we also got to travel to the capital to meet a Justice and an Apellate judge.
