Morrison Funeral Home
The mortuary....err....funeral home, is coming along nicely, and we have pictures to prove it!
The fireplace near the main entrance is finished--it's just that nothing around it is yet :-)
THIS is the front of the building. Tricky, huh?!
And this is a view of the parking lot and front of the building, from farther away.
Painting and carpeting are going to be started soon, and November is still the anticipated opening date. We're all so excited for my Dad!!!
Just an Update
Volleyball season is (finally) over! After long practices and even longer games, it all paid off for Kasiah with the last game of the season (pictured here). We're glad it's done, at least I am (no more picking her up after practices) but I think she is already waiting for next year to come. She was a real hustler....not to mention the cutest girl on the team. We're so proud of her!!!
My mom got this picture when I didn't know, and I figured I would let everyone else laugh with me....
This is the reason I couldn't ever participate in school sports. It would just take too much out of me!
But anyway.....kudos to Kasiah--we can't wait till next year!!
BYU @ USU
Yeah, the game got over with a long time ago, and we're just barely getting pictures up. But we did have a fun time watching BYU play Utah State in Logan.
One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see our cousin Rachel, who just got engaged!
Lacy and Kasiah having fun at the game.
Hayden and Dad also having fun at the game

Homecoming Week!
We all had a blast during homecoming week. The most fun part about it was Carlie was nominated for a Homecoming Queen contestant. There were 21 girls in all. Carlie filled out a question ere sheet, and the first homecoming assembly she was escorted by Kyler Olson as they read the paper she filled out. The student body then voted the contestants they thought should be in the top ten. Carlie was one of them, so she got to be in the second assembly. She was escorted by her dad, and she also got to show a cute little slide show of her life. The girls also performed a VERY cute skit. Carlie didn't make it to the final three contestants, but she was perfectly fine with that. She still had so much fun, and that's what matters most. Carlie also played powder puff football, and of course everyone dressed up each day of the week. The next day, Carlie went to the homecoming dance. She went with Cody Stock. They went mountain biking for their day date, (Carlie wrecked and came back with some cuts) ate dinner, went to the dance for only about an hour, and then ended their date with the boys jumping off the train bridge! Brrrrrrr. She really enjoyed her night.
